Mind Cooking Event

Let’s cook with the Mind team !

In order to celebrate a very successful year 2016, the whole Mind team got together in Brussels to cook a fantastic 3 course meal.
On the menu that day:

  • Gyoza dumplings, veal and fresh herbs stuffing, with marinated vegetables
  • Stuffed free-range chicken breasts (ballottine) with dill, green mousseline sauce, roasted ratte potatoes and pumpkin rösti
  • Millefeuille with grapefruit, pomegranate, pears and white chocolate ganache

The Chef gave us many professional cooking tricks, the food was fantastic, and we had great fun !
